I have a Master’s degree in communication and 6+ years of experience as a professional writer, researcher, and editor. I have worked for a variety of companies ranging from the legal field, financial institutions, to public health, theater, and education.
Born in Wisconsin and raised in the north suburbs of Chicago, I have now launched my freelancing journey. Beginning in my childhood journals to writing for 5-star reviews, I am now achieving my writing dreams.
I currently live outside of Rockford with my Fiancé and am obsessed with my two rescue dogs, Leela and Dooley.

I have worked for nonprofits both large and small. These organizations have ranged in focus from Community Development Financial Institutions, After School Programs, Community Theater, Public Health Associations to out-of-school learning organizations.
I pursued my Undergraduate Degree in Communication with a minor in Business from Carroll University in Waukesha, Wisconsin. While studying there, I did two short-term study abroad programs, one in Paris, France, and another spending a month traveling around Germany.
From 2014 to 2015 I lived and studied in Paris, France pursuing my Master’s in Global Communication at the American University of Paris.
