Accomplishments in my Current Role:
While serving as Annual Giving Specialist, I worked collaboratively across multiple departments to accomplish these initiatives. This included partnerships with colleagues in Resource Development, Leadership Teams, Pro Bono, Community Outreach, and Communications. These cross-functional collaborations were essential to the successful execution of our annual giving strategies and organizational goals.
→ Launched innovative campaigns including the inaugural “HerStory Appeal” for Women’s History Month and PSLS’s first “Spring Into Pro Bono” training series, managing integrated marketing across direct mail, email, and online registration.
→ Expanded and lead the Together for Justice Team, a quarterly volunteer group with four specialized committees (Social Fundraising, Events, Corporate Outreach, and Strategic Giving) to expand organizational fundraising capacity.
→ Redesigned year-end giving strategy, splitting #GivingTuesday and year-end appeals into two targeted campaigns—generating over $150,000 in combined revenue for 2024 and over $70,000 for #GivingTuesday so far in 2025 (as of 12.10.25).
→ Revitalized the Strike a Chord annual event at a new venue in 2024, mobilizing supporters to raise nearly $30,000.
→ Executed strategic appeals throughout my tenure including a new 2024 ARDC Registration ($15,000+) and Q1 Spring campaigns ($29,000+), demonstrating consistent ability to identify and capitalize on fundraising opportunities.
